Featured in The Museum of Modern Art “Design and The Elastic Mind” exhibition, the Morph concept device is a bridge between highly advanced technologies and their potential benefits to end-users. This device concept showcases some revolutionary leaps being explored by Nokia Research Center (NRC) in collaboration with the Cambridge Nanoscience Centre (United Kingdom) – nanoscale technologies that will potentially create a world of radically different devices that open up an entirely new spectrum of possibilities.
Morph concept technologies might create fantastic opportunities for mobile devices:

This might sound like a bit far from reality but, the point to note is that the combination of technologies used here are already with us. In his own words Petitinvention says, “This is what I wish the internet search will be able to do with a mobile device in the NEAR future. Touch screen, built in camera, scanner, WiFi, google map (hopefully google earth), google search, image search… all in one device. Like this way, when you can see a building through it, it gives you the image search result right on the spot.” I guess by now you have the tiny idea of what we are talking about. Just a picture to show what it is:

The much talked about Nokia Touch Screen UI was demonstrated in multiple places in the Mobile World Congress last week. Here is a video showing the demonstration.

Ever wondered if you could become a spy without using any spying gadget? Skyestream has created an application that will let you do so. All you need is a Nokia S60 3rd edition phone and a mobile application called SkyeSpy.
(1) an intruder detection and alarm system for the home and office,
(2) a remote baby monitor,
(3) a remote car alarm monitor, or
(4) a spy device to listen-in on any environment without anyone knowing!
Major motion picture studio Warner Bros, which was reported earlier this month to be mulling a deal with Apple to offer up its catalog for a new iTunes rental service, is now said to have inked a deal with the iTunes operator that will see its films available through the service at launch. Sounds amazing… I also wish this service can be extended for the mobile phones which support iTunes. The iPhone and iPods are an obvious count but there are other devices like the Razrs and the Rokrs from Motorola. It would be great to rent and watch movies on our personal lil’ gadgets. More
Via Alessandro, I found some great great information about the upcoming Nokia S60 touch technology from patent filing. Since, the launch of Apple iPhone the phones with a touch has become a dream for any phone user. Apple had done his homework and had filed patents which seam to cover lots of Multi-Touch UI related things. But after reading this piece of information on unwiredview. I truly believe that Nokia is a champ.
This is a pretty cool demo. But, only cool on prototype phones. I hope to see such great things being used in real life. It would be a blessing on the mankind.
Watch it till the end. It shows the tight integration between multiple applications on the Android platform >> Google Earth on a multitouch phone and the street view is just awesome !!!
Ask has released a mobile directions service called Click To Speak. This will allow users to enter an address using your voice instead of typing it out. Simply speak the city and state, then the street address for both your destination and also your starting point. More
